What do I get with Deliver+?

Deliver+ adds protection to your order from the moment you check out through to delivery and beyond. It includes 35-day returns (an extra 14 days on top of our standard 21-day window), £5 per day late delivery compensation up to a maximum of £25, lost and stolen cover (a full refund if your parcel goes missing in transit or is stolen after delivery), instant online support, and a 48-hour refund policy with instant payout on eligible claims.

How do I add Deliver+ to my order?

Deliver+ is offered as an optional add-on while you shop. You’ll see it throughout your shopping journey, when you proceed to checkout and again at checkout when you choose your delivery method. Add Deliver+ to your order, and the cost (from [£1.99], calculated based on your order value) is included in your order total.

How do I cancel Deliver+?

You can cancel your Deliver+ coverage within 24h of purchase for a full refund via the link in the Delivery+ order confirmation page (emailed separately).

If you cancel your whole order before it’s been sent, Deliver+ is refunded in full. If you cancel Deliver+ on its own after that, Seel will issue a pro-rata refund based on how long you’ve held the cover, minus the value of any claims already paid out.

What counts as a late delivery, and how does the £25 work?

If your order arrives after the latest estimated delivery date shown at checkout, you can claim £5 for each day it’s late, up to a maximum of £25. Late delivery compensation can be redeemed via a digital gift card/store credit only.

Does the lost and stolen cover include parcels stolen from my doorstep?

Yes. Cover applies whether your parcel goes missing in transit or is stolen after it’s been delivered, including parcels left in a safe place or on your doorstep. You’ll receive a full refund.

How do I make a claim?

Claims are handled by Seel. Log in to the Seel Resolution Center at resolve.seel.com or resolve.seel.com/boohooww using the email address you placed your order with, along with your Order ID or policy ID, then follow the steps to submit your claim. A Seel specialist will review your case and follow up with you directly.

How long do I have to report a shipping issue?

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage. For lost packages, you may file a claim 10 days after the original ship date for domestic orders, or after 30 days from the original ship date for international orders.

When will I receive my Deliver+ payout?

If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout:

Direct Deposit: 1-3 business days following claim acceptance PayPal Transfer: 1-2 hours following claim acceptance Store Credit: immediately following claim acceptance

Should I contact Deliver+ or Debenhams about an issue?

For anything covered by Deliver+ (a late delivery, a lost or stolen parcel, or a return within your extended window) reach out to Seel’sour customer services via the Resolution Center while your cover is active. For anything to do with the product itself, such as a fault or a query about your order before it ships, contact boohoo customer service as normal.
