Glycerin provides moisture by acting as a humectant.To use: Apply once a day. For congested skin, apply twice a day, morning and night. Massage a small amount onto the face and neck onto dry skin over makeup and residue from the day. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Can be used with a Muslin Cloth.
